Substitue Chocolate & Wine Tastings

    Is it possible to substitute white chocolate for a recipe that calls for semi or milk (I guess any "dark")? If you can, do you have to add anything? What kind of chocolates are best suited for wine tastings? Thanks for everyone's help.

    depending on how the chocolate is used in the recipe.. it might be ok to use them interchangeable. remember.. white chocolate is not real chocolate and therefor melts differently and acts diffrently.

    about the chocolate and wine... are you using sweet wine or still wine? what KIND of wine are you using?
