Stuffing Lamb with Fruit

    Hey there everyone I just wanted to know if any one had experimented with stuffing Lamb with fruit?? And if so what fruits did you use and if not what might you think would go well in Lamb

    orange zest, prunes, dried apricots, dried cherries.....I use a blended Syrah/Cab wine, chipotle, cinnamon, cumin, bay, thyme, beef stock
    load it up with pearl onions and some roots makes a great stew.

    OR if stuffing a leg apricots work well....I'm sure the rest would also.
