Stuffed pork chops bone in

    I have a question.....when you are cooking stuffed pork chops I know you first check to see if the meat is at the right cooking temperature but what about the stuffing? Does the stuffing also need to reach the same temp as the meat? Since juices from the meat run in the stuffing too?
