Student Project--VERY IMPORTANT!

    Hello all you professional chefs out there. My name is Kevin Mathisen, and for the past several years of my life I have loved cooking. I've even considered becoming a professional chef. For my high school, I am doing a project where I have to select a possible occupation I might choose to pursue after school, and i chose this.. :chef: .well for this project I need some input from some of you pro chefs out there, so if any of you would be kind enough to help me out i would greatly appreciate it. What i need for any of you to do is answer a few questions for me concerning your occupation. Heres a list of the questions I need answered:

    1.) What Specifically is your job?
    2.) Describe your average daily routine.
    3.) Why did you choose this career?
    4.) What is the best advice you could give someone about your job?
    5.) If you could go back and change anything about your career, what would it be and why?
    6.) What do you like least about your career?
    7.) What benefits besides an income does your career offer?
    8.) What type of person do employers look for in this profession today?
    9.) What are possible related occupations?
    10.) What is the best avenue toward an entry-level position?
    11.) Who or what inspired you most to become a chef?
    12.) Are you allowed any creativity when it comes to cooking?
    13.) When did you first become interested in this field?
    14.) How many hours a week do you work?
    15.) What is your favorite food to eat/cook?

    Please answer these questions as detailed as possible. I'm very anxious to hear some feedback on this field. Thank you ahead of time for those who take part in this little survey of mine. I hope this information will help me pursue this career further. Thanks again :)
