Stone or plate grill?

Hi chef. I've used stone grill with gas. Never experienced with electric plate grill
What is the cons and pros. Thank you by now.

I think you'll need to explain this concept further. Are you talking cooking on the preheated stone slabs?

Generally, yes, steel needs preheating.

But I still have no idea of a stone grill. Have a picture to share to clarify perhaps?

The first thing to check is the thermal qualities of the materials, what energy we manage to accumulate in the material, what energy it radiates, what is its density.
Thus we brown better on steel than on stone, but the stone remains hot longer.
The stone lets through a little moisture which gives a drier crust
What use do you plan to make of it?
