at work ,we have a steamer similar to this : http://www.foodservicewarehouse.com/stellar-steam/capella-8/p3444.aspx you know, they steam rice and veggies and other savory items. i'd like to make a steamed pudding cake, similar to a sticky toffee pudding, or a steamed chocolate bourbon cake.... im not familiar with this steamer, so do i just put the individual ramekins and some hot water into a hotel pan and cover it with foil, turn on the steamer and let it cook until its done ? anyone ever done this? do you have a good recipe for me to try this method out? thanks for the help!
