Startup hydroponic microgreen and vegetable

Hi,
I'm looking for advice that I believe only chef's could give. Let me explain.
I'm starting a hydroponic microgreen and vegetable business. Hoping for advice on how to market my produce.
Free samples?
I'm thinking of offering a free 10x20 tray.
Does anyone have any suggestions for properly marketing to chef's and restaurants?
Full disclosure, I'm a horticulturist, not much of a salesman. So any advice could prove very useful.
I've attached pics to show the quality of my product.
