Aluminium spring form cheesecake pan $12.99 or ekovana stainless steel cheesecake pan removable bottom $26.99 or fat daddio's anodized aluminum round cheesecake pan with removable bottom $12.99.

    Which would you recommend

For occasional use in a home kitchen... the cheaper one. For cheesecake a springform is often easier to release the cake than a removable bottom. But the diff is small.

    I prefer springform pans.
And I always line them with parchment...cut to fit, then spritz water on the sides - to make the side strips stick, just prior to adding the goop.
Easier to remove/slide off, no "leftover last cooking of ?" taste, etc.
