Spicy Mushroom Saute (serves 4)

    8oz.  White mushrooms, sliced
    1 each  Anaheim pepper, cut in half, seeded and juilenned
    1 small  Onion, juilenned
    4 oz.  Worcestershire Sauce
    4oz.  Butter, cold, cut into cubes
    1 oz.  Olive oil

    Heat a large sauté pan and add olive oil.  Add mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute.  Add onions and sauté until onions are tender.  Add the pepper and continue sautéing until onions start to brown.  Deglaze pan with Worcestershire.  Remove pan from heat and stir whisk in butter to form a sauce.  Spoon over steaks.
