Spice Grinder/Mill

    Can someone recommend a good professional spice grinder/mill?

    I work in a masala store in Brazil and we want to buy, possibly import, a new grinder.

    As far as I know, a good grinder doesn’t heat too much the spices, can produce coarse and fine ground material and doesn’t require to much rest time between uses.

    It should be able to grind hard spices, and it would be nice if it could be easily cleaned and not too noisy.

    We want a machine capable of producing 6 to 11 lbs a day, perhaps more…

    Also, it would be good if we could spend less or about  $500.
