sous vide circulators for a commercial catering kitchen

    I am aware that polyscience got this whole thing started, but that was quite some time ago, we are looking to implement 2 units into our kitchen and before pulling the trigger on the polyscience chefs series that can work in up to 30L of water for between $800-$1000 I wanted to pick everyones brains as to any competitors that are putting out an efficient product. I have seen tiny circulators and home based units that wont work for us, our requirments are that the circulator can be immersed into a minumum of 30L of water and work effectively and cost isn't really an issue.
