I used to buy strudel flour from Paprikas in New York City. I'm guessing that they have closed down. I can't find them through any means. Can anyone help me find another source for strudel flour. I've tried All-Purpose, Bread (grocery story), and Bread for Bread Machines (grocery store). I can't get any of those flours to stretch as thin as the strudel flour I bought from Paprikas. With strudel flour, I can stretch 2 1/2 cups of flour over a 3' X 6' table. With anything else, I can't get even close to this.

I'm distraught and reaching depression over this. Please Help...

Alas yes, Paprikas Weiss closed years ago. I can't find anything that indicates they are still operating as a mail-order business.

But cheer up, Gary! I'm moving this to a pastry board so that the bakers can help you. :D
