    ya, we serve it over the side of a martini glass, with the sauce in the middle, and we stick the cup to a small plate with cream cheese. It looks great. We have colored glasses too.

    Nice job Fryguy. I thought the citrus halibut looked especially appealing. We still do shrimp cocktail too. Just because something's old doesn't mean people don't still like it. I don't think it's any different than still serving steak or prime rib. Some stuff just stays around.
