some advice please?

    Ok im head chef at a resturaunt for 10 months completely changed the menus and created some great dishes and had allot of praise from customers but many of them only no me be name as i really find it difficult to go out and talk them its not like im unsociable but i just cant bring myself to talk. Greet and serve people any advice pretty pathetic really..?

    People are normally pretty happy to even talk to the chef.  Instead of focusing on what you should say, perhaps listen instead.  People love to talk, and you can get away with a lot of social awkwardness by focusing the attention to the table.
