    Hi,

    Im looking for the best software to Manage inventory, create invoices, track clients, calculate food costs, hire staff, build recipes, analyze profits, track payments, manage what goes in and out of my restaurants and catering company etc etc...

    Can anyone recommend any software that is good?

    Try Caterease.  Check their website and see if it'll do everything you want it to.  We love it.
