I am working at a newly opened neighborhood bistro that generally serves pizza and sandwiches, however we would like to include some daily specials. However, we are working with limited space and equipment - 2 pizza ovens, two gas burners, a flat top grill, and two panini presses. Can you suggest any recipes given these limitations?
