Hello, We are a family owned and operated (3 people) bakery that specialises in artisan pies. We'd need: a floor mixer, ovens, ample surface space to roll out the dough, freezer space fridge space baking racks range, to cook the fillings As stated, we are in the southern part of Orange County, specifically San Clemente, and would love to stay in the area.
