First off, I always seem to have an extremely hard time deciding WHAT to eat for meals. It just seems like there are so many options, so much to choose from...and then I dwell on it so long that I don't really want to eat anymore. Secondly, I love peanut butter. =P This is a slight counter-argument to what I just said, but I feel as though I want to eat peanut butter and bananas (in sandwiches, oatmeal, anything) for every meal... but I know that would be quite, quite bad for anyone. Should I plan out my meals on the weekend, and then buy the ingredients necessary for them (I guess this would alleviate the crazy indecisiveness)? Anyone have any helpful tidbits for this food boggled individual?
