sheeter speed for lamination

    Hi, We have a rondo SS063 reversible sheeter. It has two speed option. Options- 1) outgoing conveyer speed is faster than infeed conveyer speed. 2) both conveyer have same speed. Which option is good for lamination/ so gluten do not break?  

    The m/c has no duster. How can I attach a duster to it?   Thanks
