Sharpening/Honing Help

    Hi everyone,

    I'm new to buying and sharpening knives and need some help. I bought the Misono 440 Gyuto Molybdenum as well as the Tojiro DP Gyuto. How do I maintain these knives? I have a Wusthof 4473 10-Inch Sharpening Steel (), would this work on both of these knives for honing? As for sharpening, I was thinking of just bringing them for a professional to deal with them.
