This morning I was reading some info in the “The Food Institute” when I came across an article:
A fiber found in sea kelp, alginate, reduces the body's fat uptake by more than 75%, according to Newcastle University researchers, reported BBC News.
So I looked up “alginate”, and came across this info:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alginic_acid the culinary world is truly unique....
And for weight management ?
what if this was truly so ?
