    Hi,

I am a newbie here, signed up today.

I am trying to find a recipe shared by a member for making what I believe they called it something like baker's goo/goop, intended for greasing pans for nonstick release in pans. I have tried the search functions, and am not finding that particular phrase.

I know that there are a lot of recipes out there for it, but I am trying to locate the one shared by the member specifically; the poster said the recipe was given to them by - I don't recall exactly - a professional baker, I think.

I would like to try this one as it seemed a bit unique from recipes I've seen before. I thought I bookmarked it. I did not.

I apologize for the inconvenience, and am thankful for any help in locating it. This has taught met to bookmark and/or write a recipe down. Lesson learned. :)

The best one is parchment paper.

I line out bread pans with it, cake pans, and sheet pans.  No mess, no goop, and you can re-use the paper a few times over too.
