scambled egg stock

    Hi , I have had an idea for YEARS .... but i need to make a stock that tastes of scrambled egg (with HEAPS of butter, the works, the SLOW cooked variety not the quick one, the risotto like one) . I can do it with milk as the carrier but it has to be water as the carrier.... any ideas ?
