The only time I made it to Raji's in Memphis, she was cooking for a private party.... My mom is in Memphis and sent me an article and her obit. She was an incredible inspiration. Within 3 years of starting to cook professionally she was nationally known and cooking wiht Palladin....her style started Indian/French fusion....last July she opened a B and B with a restaurant next door. By Thanksgiving she was diagnosed with stomach cancer, by Christmas she closed her restaurant...
