Does anyone have an idea how to reproduce this rustic cookie dough? I've been tried a lot but nothin works. Look at the texture, its not the traditional cookie dough!
Looks like a cakelike batter along with a larger than usual add-in.
There are a few threads on the site where this is explained and you may find actual recipes as well.
If still stumped try Alton Brown's website where the differences between the different cookie textures is spelled out to the nth degree.
