Rotisserie & Smoker, do we need both

    In the planning for our Artisanal Sandwich Shop, due to the way we will be curing and cooking all of our home made proteins we were considering buying both a small smoker and a separate rotisserie. 

    Does anyone have any thoughts or experience utilizing a large Rotisserie/Smoker like Southern Pride or Cadillac for both?
