Hi chefs!

Regarding to the rose essence, my partner hate this stuff as he thinks it is artificial even though the label stated "Natural" and he insist I use rose water instead; which is difficult for me since I need a stronger taste and smell which can last longer for a period of time.

I have search online and books about rose essence if being artificial or not but not much. I need more details besides the differences of stronger flavor/scent of rose water and essence.
