I'm a rookie to forums, so I hope I'm doing this correctly. :)

I've recently come out of "retirement" and started a new I'm also a rookie to the business side of food. I've baked as a hobby for 50 years and decided to make it an occupation.

We currently live in Southern California but will be moving to Colorado in June, so I'm going to have to learn about baking in altitudes...suggestions welcome!
