Hi, I'm new to this type of venue although I've been a reader on several. I do quite a bit of home baking and supply my work, schools, softball teams, friends, family, and neighbors with a never ending supply of sweets. I'm considering purchasing a chocolate tempering machine since I can't seem to consistently do it the "old fashioned way". In any case, I've seen the Revolution 2 for about $400...has anyone used it...and is it one you would recommend?
