    Hi guys,

I'm looking to get a robot coupe for TPT for macarons and potentially creating pastes from nuts i.e praline paste, pistachio, almond butter etc

Could anyone recommend a model. I've seen the R2 entry model and wondering if anyone had any experience with it.

    Thanks

R2 is a good reliable machine. I've never tried pulverizing almonds in it though.

The Blixer lines do everything you mentioned.

The r-2 is a pretty good machine and will make marzipan and nut pastes without complaint.

The only caveat is batch size: the r-2 is good up to 1.5-2 kgs., after that the bowl is just too small, but it is a great machine for smaller quantities.
