    Thank you for sharing that information. He truly (along with his wife) devoted so much to the culinary world. His video with Julia Child was so heartwarming.

    A shame. He was, without doubt, one of the giants who influenced our industry in broad and meaningful ways.

    A shame 78 is young but it sounds like an exciting, and packed life! I for one am grateful for all the wonderful hours I spent perusing, collecting and using Food and Wine!
