after i bake the almond tuiles, cats tongue etc., it sticks to the grease proof paper i use. How to prevent it? instead of using gp paper, should i use a greased baking tray without the paper lining.

When I was doing pastry, I always baked those on Silpats. There are several different brands, but if you look for reusable silicone nonstick baking sheets, as they are generically known, you'll have no trouble at all! Just be sure that you wash them carefully (not in a machine), and don't let anyone use them for anything else, as they can pick up and hold odors and flavors.

In fact, if you look at the ads above your initial post, you'll probably see that they are all for the product I mention. :p

Both of those items should not require any release. The ladyfingers will fry themselves to the paper.
Put them directly onto parchment if you dont have silpats. HTH

Spray a little oil on the back of a sheet pan and then dust it with flour
