Red Wine

    Hello i want to know cooking with red wine can i use Red Wine vinegar how do i know wich wine is good for cooking

    You cannot substitue red wine with red wine vinegar and you cannot substitue red wine vinegar with red wine. You cannot substitute wine with vinegar in general.

    Any wine you can drink is good for cooking. Until you learn more about using wines, be on the safe side. Use Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Pinot Noir.
