*waves* I'm in the final stretch of my Pastry Chef apprenticeship and need to brush up in order to write my Red Seal exam back in Ontario. I can't believe that there are really no online resources to aid me in this. I am not looking for a copy of the exam, only an outline of how it's set up so it will help me study. If there is an area that I need to specifically focus in, that would be helpful as well. I have no intention of having to travel 7000 km round trip and not passing. /img/vbsmilies/smilies/crazy.gif Any advice would be very much appreciated.
