    Professional Pastry Chef
    I do lots of work developing and adjusting recipes/formulas. Everything I do is in Excel or work and I'd like to do it in something a bit more tailored to recipes. I've done some looking around and the only things I can find are very expensive. I'm looking for possibly a free application. Anyone have any good experience with different programs? Likes and dislikes?
