    "A FRENCH BRASSERRIE COOKBOOK" is a very good cookbook but i looking for more...

    Les Halles Cookbook is a good one,

    Le Gavroche cookbook (even though Le Gavroche is not a brasserie, there are many dishes that could be used in one)
