We are in the process of setting up a new kitchen and have recently purchsed a used Blodgett double convection oven that is currently not stacked. These things are heavy! How do we get the top unit back on top?

Right now we are thinking of trying to find an engine lifter, but welcome suggestions.

I'm not sure that an engine lifter will go that high. Can you get a forklift in there? Best bet is to hire a rigging company to do it for you.

Check your equipment rental places, they will have a solution.

Thanks for the suggestions. I will call the local company. We only have one - which is sad considering how food-y this town is and the number of restaurants. I was hesitant to call since we didn't get the ovens from them, but I guess we will be paying for the installation if they do it.

    Thanks again.
