Hey all, I thought I would post this link to the Milwaukee Wisconsin Journal Sentinal regarding Wisconsin's move toward allowing the sale of raw milk. I, for one, am excited but let's see if this clears all the legislative hurdles first.

Enjoy!

As a Wisconsinite, I would be thrilled it that happened!!!!  But I'm not going to hold my breath.  I think the FDA will get involved and, one way or another, shut it down.  Not only would it be great news for milk drinkers, but then it might open up the possibility of making raw milk cheeses.  Right now, the only raw milk cheeses allowed to be made in this country have to be aged a minimum of 60 days.
