Questions about Spherification-M and Spherification-I

    Hi all,

    I'm currently translating a manual about molecular cooking and I came across two terms: spherification-M and spherification-I. So here is the question: what do "M" and "I" stand for? Do they mean basic spherification and reverse spherification??
