Question about GeorgeBrown Culinary Management Program

    Hi, I'm new to the forum and have been browsing for an answer to a particular question about GBC's Culinary Management Program.

    I've found some other college programs expect a certain level of previous experience prior to going into the program and I'm trying to find out what is expected going into these classes.

    I've worked in restaurants part time for about 3-4years, all pub style and and mainly as prep and line/fry cook and no previous formal training. If any previous students or anyone who knows about this program could help me out I'm just trying to gauge how basic the program starts, how quickly it picks up, and if I should have a stronger culinary background before considering Culinary Management Program.
