Amongst my herbs I'm growing this year, I've got some purple basil that my wife picked up. It seems to be doing great, and will soon be far enough along that I'll want/need to start using it so it can continue on to my normal basil--bush proportions! Any ideas what this is particularly good or bad for? Any recipes, etc.? Did a search and came across the stuffed mushrooms, and some indications that it is typical in some Asian food..... Thanks!
