I do not know what the proper termonology is for these things. But branded names like space raiders and cheese puff
Are they made of potato or flour? how do they puff up so much

Anyone know where I can get a recipe from please?

I hope that you refer to the French classic, pomme de Terre soufflé or more simply, pomme soufflé.

It is a twice-fried slice of potato.

I do not know what a bunch of other stuff would be. this is why I'm looking for a recipe. And I do not know what part of the world you are in but I'm sure these kind of crisps could be found all over!

I could best describe them as prawn cracklings but with out the prawn. These things seam to be made from the base ingredent of flour but I do not know what the agent is to make them rise so much
