Can anyone recommend the best professional home cooking equipment please
Could you be more specific on the type of equipment you're looking for.
Yes for sure I want the best home commercial equipment money can buy
Full size Sub zero fridges and freezers, dont buy the sub zero under counter drink drawers, ive had too much trouble with them. Out of all the high end ovens ive had gaggenau has been my favorite, as for a range i had everything custom built. With commercial equip I highly recommend going with an overpowered exhaust system. What other equipment are you interested in?
You'll need to check your local codes to see if your projected home space can have them fitted. Many of these commercial items have required material and offsets as well as fire suppression systems. Your home insurance will also need special riders to cover the risks of these systems in the home environment.
The kind of ventilation you're talking about for this equipment will also need careful attention for heat exchange systems, filtration, replacement air and more.
I totally agree, specifically with using gas equipment. That can be very unhealthy/lethal
What ive done in my home is have 2 kitchens, one with the commercial equipment, overpowered ventilation with return filtered air, basically a butlers kitchen on steroids hidden and can be closed off from the rest of the house. The other is more of the basics stove top, custom double ovens, granite everything,
commercial equipment has no residential design input. Usually requires larger energy inputs. They are not insulated. Commercial ovens are good if you need a combo area for cooking, sauna, spiritual retreat with sweat lodge.
If i want it ill figure out how to get it lol. I always have to learn everything the hard way. Totally worth it to me.
But what all are you looking for ? Pots and pans? Mixer? Knives? Stones? Oven? Fridge? Dishrags? Salamander? Many parts to a kitchen.
If you are looking to take advantage of the power drive on your Kitchenaid mixer, you might want to consider the stainless steel meat grinding and food chopping attachment that is made for it.
