Professional/Commercial Tempering Machine

    I have a small tempering machine which works fine but simply cannot keep up with our increasing volume.  I am ready for a something like the 50 lb Savage Bros. machine or the similar Hilliard machine.  I've also looked at ProBake and a handful of others.  Unfortunately, I have not used any of these larger machines myself.  I am wondering if anyone on this forum has direct experience with the larger commercial machines.  Any feedback would be great!
