Hello culinary world, just wanted to introduce myself, I'm a nubie to this forum. I am an Experienced Certified Chef trained through the ACF, Graduated as a Journeyman in 1984, and received my C.E.C. in 1989. I started out as an apprentice with Westin Hotels at the age of 17. I've lived in Orange County California for most of my life and have spent most of my culinary career here, primarily in the high end catering industry, (#1 Wedding Caterer in So. Cal). I am currently an Executive Chef at medium size hotel in Orange County. Should any chefs or student chefs want to share experiences or chat, I will be around on this forum daily. Cheers!
