Ok first we don't use prime rib. We use ribeye and advertise as prime. After we roast it he wants to use the rib eye as the steaks if we get a steak order to cut down on cook time, and queen portion @ 16 oz and King @ 32 oz. Its been a long 3 days.
Why? It doesn't take all that long to cook a ribeye in the first place. Is this guy a new hire or something? You have the power to fire him, right? Please say you do......lol
No. He is the new flavor of the week. I had a line cook walk off the line during the middle of service last week and they just put her on a different shift then mine.
Wow......I feel really bad for you......Anyway you can get "Them" to listen?
