Preserving Bread Pudding

What can I put in bread pudding for it to have a shelf life beyond 2-3 days? Is there some quick trick? I know I can refrigerate but I don't want to do that.

You dont? You mean youre looking for an additive to put in to a finished
product containing eggs, milk sugar and bread that will enable you
to leave it on the counter at room temp for what, a week or 2,
without spoiling? Why on Earth would you want to do that?

If you don't want to refrigerate then it will get moldy pretty quickly. You can always rewarm in the microwave if you don't want to eat it cold.
