Hello friends, my name is Luciano and i am a beginner cook, past year started culinary school and work cleaning and doing the dishes at a restaurant to gain experience. I am hooked with baking bread and discovering others countries couisines. Currently transcribing and learning from the book "On food and Cooking" from Harold Mcgee and hungry for knowledge.
