Hi i am a proffesional chef working in a very busy kitchen for a min of 10hr straight shifts (no break) and ive just found out im pregnant ( for the 2nd time).

I found out on march 16th of this year when i weny for my 12 week scan that the baby had stopped developing so i had a miscarriage :( of course i blamed myself even though everyone said it wasnt and it just happens some times.

So i am now completly terrified its going to happen again. I would live anyones advice on how ling their shifts were and what they did and didnt do at work when pregnant especially in the early stages.

Im all confused as ive read that your not to be on your feet for long periods and no heavy lufting but whats the limit? What classes as heavy lifting??

Please help me would really appreciate the advice xx
