Portion control

Hello. I was hoping someone could help me locate where to buy bags for portioning pasta. I am looking for the larger/long plastic bags that hold dry pastas such as linguini and spaghetti and smaller ones that can hold fresh pasta and be twisted closed. Also, I am planning to portion dry pasta into 4 oz portions per person and fresh to 100-115 grams per person; any other suggestions. My restaurant is located in NYC.
